This is our Me & You tasting, a sweet moment to celebrate love with a toast of white wines straight from the Tenuta Ponziani winery.
Once you arrive at the estate, you will be welcomed by Laura, our Wine Tour Manager, who will briefly explain the estate and its history. You will then be escorted to our cave cellar, one of the most special rooms in our facility, reserved just for you.
The estate will welcome you with two glasses of our Velia, a blend of Grechetto and Chardonnay with which you can kick off your tasting. This will be followed by Veitha, our flagship white, a pure Chardonnay with delicate but enveloping aromatic notes, with hints that oscillate between vanilla and citrus. In the mouth, a savory minerality accompanied by amply expressed acidity amaze the palate, making it truly fall in love.
There will also be a tasting of our Ponziani extra virgin olive oil on toasted bread, the best way to savor its taste and aroma. As the sun goes down, you will be able to go back up to our veranda area, an elegant setting that directly overlooks the valley that surrounds our estate. From here you can admire the most magical and exciting of moments, the sunset, a play of light in which the sun slowly embraces the green of nature.
